Support Preparing Highly Effective Teachers
Interested in becoming an advocate, donor, or supporter of KCTR?
The Kansas City Teacher Residency (KCTR) believes that the Residency Model is an effective method of preparing teachers to be highly effective in the classroom.
From the application process, to onboarding, to the Residency, our model is purposefully rigorous to prepare teachers for the intensity of the teaching profession.
Throughout the year we offer different opportunities for education advocates, community leaders, and public donors to get a glimpse at the work that we do. If you are interested in educational equity and non-profit donations in Kansas City, you’ve come to the right place. See the different ways to get involved and connect with KCTR below.
Donate
By donating to KCTR, you are supporting future teachers for our Kansas City kids. Your donations help us provide textbooks, coaching, and emergency funds for our teachers. Whether you can give $5, $50, or $5,000, your contributions help pave the way for a more equitable education for tomorrow’s students. Check out our donor page to learn more about those who make KCTR’s work possible.
